At Global Private ITI, we believe practical exposure is as important as classroom learning. To bridge the gap between training and real-world industry experience, we send our 2nd-year students for 4 months of On-Job Training (OJT) in leading companies.
During OJT, students:
i) Gain hands-on experience with modern technology.
ii)Learn industry practices, workflow, and culture.
iii)Develop professional skills and workplace discipline.
Enhance their readiness for employment and future careers.
This year, approximately 100 trainees from the 2nd year will be sent to Zebronics Pvt. Ltd. for OJT. This partnership ensures that our students experience real-time industry operations and stay updated with current technological trends.
